Already built for Bull Chiropractic

I spent hours building something that could bring Bull Chiropractic more new patients every month from Facebook and Instagram.

What I found at Bull Chiropractic

Your care isn't the problem. You're at 5.0 stars, and patient after patient writes that you explain everything. The gap is that people nearby who aren't already searching for a chiropractor never hear about you.

01

Your $47 special only reaches people already on your site

What I saw

Your Facebook page isn't running any ads, and it has about 70 likes. When I searched Meta's Ad Library for chiropractors in Huntington Beach, only 4 live ads came up, from 2 offices.

What it costs you

People a mile from your office don't know you exist until they go looking, and by then they're comparing you to every other office on Google.

The fix

An image ad, a carousel and four video scripts, all using your real photos and your real offer.

02

Your Meta tracking is set up but not connected

What I saw

Your tag manager has a tag meant to report website conversions to Meta, but no Meta Pixel loads on your site, so that tag has nothing to report to. There's also one paused tag that may be the missing piece.

What it costs you

Meta can't see who visits right now. If ads started tomorrow, nobody could tell you which ad brought in which patient.

The fix

I'd connect this first, inside Meta's rules for health businesses, before any ad money goes out.

03

The $47 disappears at the booking step

What I saw

Booking sends people to a separate scheduler. The first screen asks them to choose between New Patient Exam, Standard Treatment, Re-exam and Spinal Decompression, and $47 isn't on it. The next step is Provider, and you're the only doctor.

What it costs you

Someone coming from an ad has never met you. If the price they tapped on disappears and they have to guess which option is theirs, they have every reason to stop.

The fix

One page with the offer, your reviews and a four-field form. There's nothing to choose and the $47 stays on screen.

04

You're open 33 hours a week, and ads run all 168

What I saw

You're closed from 12 to 3 on weekdays and after 6, and when you're open you're usually with a patient. People scroll at lunch and at night, so that's when many of these requests will land.

What it costs you

A request that sits until the next morning is much easier to lose, and you've already paid for it.

The fix

A text that goes out on its own in under a minute, then reminders before the visit. Your website chat runs on a tool that may be able to send these, so this might not mean new software.

05

A few things on your site need care before ads point at it

What I saw

The $47 special has no fine print, and your payment page says you're in-network with Medicare. Your homepage headline says Top Chiropractor, and your menu has pages on topics like autoimmune disease and fertility.

What it costs you

Discounts to federal insurance patients can be a legal problem. Meta also reviews the page an ad sends people to, and health claims are where ads get rejected.

The fix

Everything here carries an eligibility line and only makes claims you can back up, and the ads go to the new page. Have whoever handles your compliance check the wording.
